Project'S Activities

• Project Management

Project Management and Coordination ensures the effective development of all project stages, from inception to completion, in line with EU guidelines and the grant agreement. Key activities include establishing communication teams, coordinating tasks, preparing official documents, managing finances, organizing meetings, and engaging stakeholders. Regular evaluations and a sustainability plan will ensure the project’s success and impact. A virtual interim meeting will be held to monitor progress and assess outcomes.

• Research Data Base & Methodological Guide in EQ and Social Skills for Youth Workers

The Research Database & Methodological Guide in EQ and Social Skills for Youth Workers focuses on enhancing Emotional Intelligence (EQ), a key factor for personal and professional success, as outlined by Goleman. The project aims to create a comprehensive research base on methods to improve EQ, particularly in youth work and educational settings. The guide, led by YOUTHABILITY, will include non-formal tools like icebreakers, games, and role-play scenarios to support youth workers in engaging target groups such as youth with low academic performance, early school dropouts, and NEETs. The innovative approach combines EQ development with practical, non-formal methods to address the challenges faced by youth and youth professionals today.

• Toolkit in EQ and Social Skills for Youth Workers

The creation of the Toolkit for youth workers follows the extensive research conducted in Activity 4, which focused on developing a methodological guide on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and social skills. This final Toolkit will provide practical, non-formal educational methods to help youth workers train their target groups. The Toolkit will be structured around five key topics: self-management, self-awareness, social-awareness, social management, and relationship management, aligning with the core competencies of EQ. Through effective communication with partners and stakeholders, feedback from youth workers will be gathered to ensure the Toolkit meets their needs, incorporating innovative training methods. The Toolkit will empower youth workers to better manage emotions, foster positive relationships, and develop essential skills for personal and professional growth in their youth-targeted training activities.

• Open Educational Digital Platform

We will develop an E-learning platform to provide instant access to all resources created throughout the project, promoting social inclusion and closing educational gaps. The platform will be designed for Youth Workers, including trainers, leaders, and mentors of ESC volunteers, as well as youth facing challenges like low school performance, early dropouts, and NEETs. Fully web 2.0 compliant, it will include social media features to facilitate easy sharing and community engagement. Hosted on the project website, the platform will offer open educational resources (OER), be accessible via mobile devices, and provide practical learning tools and guidance to enhance youth work across Europe.

• Informational Material & Dissemination

The activity involves developing and executing the entire Dissemination Plan for the project, starting in the early preparation phase. This includes establishing a strong visual brand identity for HYPE, creating a project website, and producing various promotional materials such as news editorials, which will be distributed through partner outlets and newsletters. Partners will also participate in network events and conferences, including webinars if necessary due to COVID-19. A multichannel communication strategy will be implemented via social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to maximize outreach and engagement with stakeholders. Additionally, the partners will contribute to interim and final reports, ensuring the sustainability and long-term impact of the project.

• Infodays and Meetings

The HYPE Project thrives on collaboration, bringing together partners, stakeholders, and participants through infodays and meetings. These events foster dialogue, innovation, and knowledge-sharing, ensuring the project remains aligned with the needs of its target groups. Through these activities, the HYPE Project aims to empower young people, promote social inclusion, and inspire them to engage in the opportunities of a dynamic and evolving Europe.
